Week 1: Devotion To God
8.2 Hunger for God
Matthew 5:6, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled.”
8.3 Personal repentance
Romans 2:4, “Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?”
8.4 Complete devotion
Romans 12:1, “I beseech you therefore, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.”
8.5 Hearts that fully seek Him
Jeremiah 29:13, “And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.”
8.6 Love for God
Matthew 22:37, “Jesus said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’”
8.7 Commitment to God
Psalm 37:5, “Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass.”
8.8 Prioritize God above all else
Matthew 6:33, “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”
Week 2: Our Church
8.9 Revitalize church vision
Isaiah 61:1-4, “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted…”
8.10 Relationships thrive (families, marriages, etc)
Psalm 133:1, “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!”
8.11 God would add to the church those being saved
Acts 2:47, “praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.”
8.12 Revitalize ministries: NextGen, Life Groups, Worship, Services, Community Care, Pastoral Care, Data, Operations, Campus Care, Admin
Ephesians 3:21, “to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”
8.13 Building expansion
Exodus 25:8-9, “And let them make Me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them. According to all that I show you, that is, the pattern of the tabernacle and the pattern of all its furnishings, just so you shall make it.”
8.14 God’s presence would be with us
Exodus 33:14-15, “And He said, ‘My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.’ Then he said to Him, ‘If Your Presence does not go with us, do not bring us up from here.”
8.15 Live our church values: Love God, Love People, Pursue Excellence, Choose Joy
1 Peter 4:8-9, “And above all things have fervent love for one another; for love will cover a multitude of sins. Be hospitable to one another without grumbling.”
Week 3: Our World
8.16 Kalamazoo
Joshua 1:3, “Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I will give you, as I said to Moses.”

Romans 12:13-16, “distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality. Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep. Be of same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion.”

1 Peter 5:9, “resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.”
8.19 Leadership (government, local and national leaders, etc.)
1 Peter 2:17, “Honor all people. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king.”
8.20 Foursquare Missions
Matthew 24:14 “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.”
8.21 Upcoming school year
Psalm 32:7-8, “You are my hiding place; You shall preserve me from trouble; You shall surround me with songs of deliverance. I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.”
8.22 Gospel spread, disciples made
Matthew 28:19-20, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.’ Amen”
Every Day Prayer Focus

Humble ourselves. Asking for forgiveness for our sins and the sins of our land.

Seeking God. Declaring our dependence on God in every area of our lives.

His Kingdom Come. Praying for the completion of the Great Commission and for revival in our generation.

Hear from Heaven. Inviting the Presence of God in our church and our lives (souls saved, signs, wonders, miracles, and transformed lives.)

Next Steps. Praying for all people in their journey of faith to Know God, Live in Freedom, Discover Their God-Given Purpose, and to Make An Eternal Difference.
